THE Photo Shoot PREP LIST

To make your property look its absolute best, please do the following in addition to cleaning your home.

INTERIOR

• Turn on all lights in the house (including lamps and under-cabinet lights.) Replacing any
missing light bulbs.
• Turn off all ceiling fans.
• Minimize clutter and remove all items off countertops (including kitchen appliances, remotes),
tables, night stands, etc.
• Remove small throw rugs (including doormats and bathroom mats.)
• Remove all items from bathroom countertops, sinks, showers and tubs.
• Please keep all pets restrained on a leash, in a kennel, or offsite during your
appointment.

EXTERIOR

• Put away water hoses, toys, cleaning supplies, recycle bins and other miscellaneous items that
are not directly part of the exterior area.
• Arrange outdoor furniture as you would like it photographed. If there is a patio umbrella,
please open it.
• Remove yard signs (for sale, home security, school, etc.)
• Sweep/remove leaves and other items in patio areas.
• Clean pool and remove any toys.

Our normal turn around time is 24 hours or less after the shoot has been completed. The only exception to this is our Virtual Staging. You can expect that in 48 hours or less. However, the more detailed the order the longer it can take.

No, neither you nor the owner need to be there for the shoot. All we need is a way to gain entry to the property. All of our Media Technicians have had a thorough background check, so no need to worry about the safety of your home or items inside it.

Yes, All of our drone pilots have completed the FAA's testing to receive a part 107 certification for commercial unmanned aircraft operation.

All of our Photographers are expertly trained in-house no matter their experience, this ensures that your media looks the same every time. They also receive ongoing education and training on the newest technology and techniques. If a photographer hasn't competed our training for a service you want our scheduling system will not let you schedule them.
